Pack into sterilized jars

Bring vinegar, water, salt and sugar to a boil in a large pot. -
Fill and seal
Pour the hot brine into jars, leaving about 1 cm headspace. Seal tightly. -
Water bath processing
Place sealed jars in boiling water for 20 minutes. Let cool for 24 hours.
