What’s the best way to stay hydrated throughout the day? The answer is plain and simple: you should drink energized water. Energized water refers to any water that has been charged with energy, improving its quality and health benefits in various ways. There are many different methods of energizing water, some more complex than others, but all of them have the same general effect of increasing the vibrational frequency of water. By doing so, energy gets transferred into the water and can be used by your body as an extra energy source throughout the day, just like drinking coffee or other caffeinated beverages would do.

What does energized water do?

Water, itself, is vital for our bodies. We need water for everything from regulating our body temperature to preventing dehydration. When we’re dehydrated, our bodies don’t work as well as they should and all of our systems can slow down.

Why drink energized water?

At first glance, it might seem strange that adding salt to water would be beneficial—unless you’re a marathon runner. But adding a few grains of salt to your water isn’t just helpful when you’re running 26.2 miles; in fact, it can improve your energy levels all day long. When you drink energized water, it naturally stimulates key organs such as your heart and adrenal glands, which boosts your metabolism and helps flush out toxins from your body.

Energy from Water? Is it possible?

It is indeed possible to infuse your water with energy. The great thing about adding energy or vibrational ingredients (as opposed to fruit juices) is that they don’t add any extra calories. Vibrational enhancers can come in many forms: minerals, vitamins, even seeds and herbs! And if you know how to energize your water correctly, you can reap all of these benefits every day.

Water in its natural state

Drinking water in its natural state is a great way to go, but it does little for your energy levels. If you’re looking for a boost of clean energy, try energizing your water with vitamins, fruit or herbs. Simply add them to your glass bottle and shake—then drink up! The material glass is important and brings other benefits in comparison to plastic bottles. This is a great habit for anyone who gets headaches or feels tired during or after meals.

Chlorine and Fluoride Poisoning Us Every Day

We’re continuing our series on Health Risks of Tap Water with a focus on chlorine and fluoride. These two chemicals, commonly added to public water supplies, can accumulate in our bodies over time and damage health in several ways. Even worse, they’re toxic at levels so small that it’s hard for us (and even doctors) to detect.

Save Money by Drinking Better Water

It’s free, and it’s healthy. If you want to lead a more sustainable lifestyle, tap water is an easy place to start. The bottles of water you get at cafes or in restaurants (not to mention those handy little single-serving bottles) might be convenient, but they’re also wasteful and expensive. If you have a water bottle on hand, you can fill it up wherever you go—and save money while doing so.

There are also several ways to ‘bless’ water in addition to energising with vitamin C crystals, lemon, cleavers and so on. This ‘blessing’ can incorporate a focus on the purpose of the use of the water, perhaps not necessarily a nutritional one.
